FILE A CLAIM
If you have not receive your items in Roatan within 15 days of them stating they were delivered to us in Miami, please reach out to us at +1 786-229-2509 to file a claim. After this time we will not be responsible for undelivered item.


PAYMENT
Payment must be made prior to picking up your stuff or at the time of pick up. If the payment is made Bank Transfer, please ensure to forward the confirmation slip to +504 3338-7666 or +1 786-229-2509.


INQUIRY
Please inquire about the shipping cost for larger parcels before hand of them being shipped to our address. Due to the fact that they might require additional equipment to be loaded to the container.


STORAGE FEE
If your packages are not collected withing the 2 first days of the container being offload a storage fee will be applied.


DELIVERY
We will not be responsible for items delivered out of business hours. Monday
Saturday 9:00 am -4:00pm.
