  • Free Consolidation: We combine multiple online orders into as few boxes as possible to maximize space and save money.

  • Pick-Up Service: We offer pick-up services in the Miami area. Scheduling must be done at least three days in advance.

  • Free P.O. Box: Customers can use our address to receive online orders, and we notify them upon package arrival.

  • Package Tracking: Our integrated tracking system provides real-time updates on your shipment's status.

Our cargo primarily serves Roatan but also extends to La Ceiba, Guanaja, and Utila upon request.

4. Shipping Process

How does our shipping process work?

  • New Clients: Sign up for free at allensroatancargo.com to receive a client number. Place your online order using your name, client number, and our shipping address. Email a copy of your invoice to info@allensroatancargo.com. Once your package arrives at our Miami warehouse, it will be scanned and uploaded into our tracking system. We will then issue an invoice for shipping costs and notify you of the expected arrival time.

  • Frequent Clients: Follow the same process as new clients, ensuring you use your assigned client number for all shipments.

How do we price shipments?
We offer competitive rates with standard pricing for specific items. Any item not listed is priced based on cubic feet.

What factors affect shipping costs?
Pricing is based on dimensions at $14 per cubic foot. If an item exceeds 100 lbs, additional charges may apply due to special handling requirements.

Do we offer pick-up services outside of Miami?
No, our pick-up service is only available within the Miami area.

Yes, we ship both cars and motorcycles.

We ship weekly, departing from Miami every Monday.
The container arrives in Roatan approximately one week after departure.
